Track Your Order
Every AutoRiven order is shipped with tracking, so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from info@autoriven.fi with:
- Your tracking number
- The courier name
- A tracking link (where available)
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
How do I track my parcel?
Simply open the tracking link in the email, visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking number, or use a multi-carrier tracking platform such as https://www.ship24.com by pasting your tracking number.
When will tracking start working?
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.
Estimated delivery times
- Europe: 2–7 business days
- International: 5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Something not right?
Please contact us if:
- Your tracking number doesn’t work
- There are no updates after 7 business days
- You cannot find your tracking email
Include your order number so we can assist you quickly.
Important notes
- Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels
- Delivery address changes are not possible after dispatch
- If a parcel arrives damaged, accept with reservation and contact us within 24 hours
