Shipping & Delivery Information
At AutoRiven, we work every day to ensure your used OEM auto parts are shipped safely, quickly, and with full tracking.
All orders are coordinated by AutoRiven.
AutoRiven remains responsible for order management, customer communication, and post-shipment support.
Order processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Products are shipped directly from the supplier’s warehouse to ensure faster delivery
- Every shipment includes tracking information sent by email
Estimated delivery times
- Europe: 2–7 business days
- International: 5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier, and customs processing.
Couriers we use
We work with reliable international courier and freight companies, selected according to destination, size, and weight:
Standard shipments
- FedEx
- UPS
- DHL
- DPD
- GLS
Heavy or bulky shipments (mainly Europe)
- Raben
- Hellmann
- AmberExpress
- Geodis
Courier selection is automatic and optimized for each order.
Express shipping (where available)
For urgent orders, express shipping (e.g. FedEx Express) may be available on request.
- Express orders placed before 09:00 (CET) are usually processed the same business day
- Typical delivery time: 24–72 hours, depending on destination
Packaging and damaged shipments
All parts are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged:
- Accept with reservation or refuse delivery
- Take clear photos of the packaging and contents
- Notify us within 24 hours at info@autoriven.eu
Failure to report within this timeframe may prevent acceptance of a courier claim.
Split shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate parcels.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Customs and international deliveries
For deliveries outside the European Union:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the customer’s responsibility
- Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections
- AutoRiven is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on:
- Destination
- Parcel size and weight
- Selected shipping service
Final shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Tracking and delivery updates
After dispatch, you will receive:
- A tracking link by email
- Courier status updates, where available
You can track your shipment at any time via the courier’s website or by contacting us.
Delayed or lost shipments
If your shipment seems delayed:
- Check the tracking link first
- If there are no updates for 7 business days, contact us
We will open an investigation with the courier and keep you informed until resolution.
